When my gorgeous babies grew into terrible toddlers I suddenly discovered why I’d heard so many mums complain that their kids were fussy eaters. Having studied childhood nutrition I know that the best thing you can do for your kids is to get them to eat a varied diet. In the real world this is easier said than done but I have begun collecting ideas & creating recipes that really can get your toddler interested in eating healthy food.
